What was the Challenge?

Working in a multinational project within the Healthcare Sector across 2 countries in Europe meant we had to think broadly and not just nationally. The key challenges were;

  • Regionally: How to support over 25 complex structured organisations the template for which they can get ready for a wide-scale digital implementation.
    • How to bring the Senior leadership across the organisations into an awareness of the impact of the change – people, systems, process and cross-functional impacts.

      • How to empower Senior Leaders in HR, IT and Process led departments to priortise the project, build teams that support the readiness and delivery phases as well as champion the benefits of the digital solution.

        • How to assess and gauge organisational readiness across all the organisations.

          What We Did

          We took a culture and change readiness approach with Senior leadership and their representative teams. From supporting the build of their change readiness approach to knowledge share across organisations within the region, to problem solving on-site and off-site, we build a dependable and consistent approach to engagement, problem-solving and strategy delivery.

          Our Impact

          • Teams began to work cross-functionally, and across-organisations.

            • The engagement for the digital change across the 2 nations, across over 300 organisations, increased to over 90% (from 5%).

              • The regional change readiness assessment was delivered and completed across the organisations.
